Q. Am I able to download my own pictures/photo's from my computer onto your website?
A. Yes, you sure are, just download the best resolution graphic you have under 1MB through our Custom Upload Design Editor If you want us to print your graphic on a Cheekyteez.com.au garment then for best results please email us seperately the largest resolution image you have (no limit on size of email)
Q. Am I able to Print on the Back of T-Shirts as well as the Front ?
A. Yes you can print Front or Back or both Front and Back on the Cheekyteez.com.au range of shirts / clothes. This online FRONT & BACK printing preview feature is COMING SOON to the website but in the meantime please just advise when placing your order or email us directly and we will print your custom design where you want!
Q. I want to create my own personal message on a T-shirt but do not want the words on a background?
A. On the lighter coloured tshirts and clothes i.e. whites,light blues,light pinks etc it is possible to print your words without a background border. Probably the easiest way is just to let us know when you place an order via the website i.e. letting us know in the personal message area of the Delivery Details section that you don't want a background printed. The other option is to create your personalised message /slogan in a program on your computer and save as a transparent.gif file. Then upload this image via our Custom Upload Design Editor as a graphic image and save and purchase as normal.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We receive immediate email notification of your order and try and process all orders as fast as possible. Normal delivery time is between 1 and 7 days depending upon your location and pending payment confirmation.
Q. Are there any special Care Instructions for your garments?
A. Yes. Custom printing on different products require different Care Instructions i.e. the printing of a 100% cotton t-shirt is different to a Polyester Vest. For this reason all Cheekyteez.com.au orders are delivered with specific Care instructions. To ensure the quality of your unique garment please read and follow these Care Instructions carefully.
Q. Am I able to return my garment if I am not happy?
A. Yes but as you would understand, due to the nature of the product we supply i.e. custom designed, personalised and unique clothing we can only provide returns in limited situations where there was a problem with the product at the time it was delivered to you. Of course some problems can occur during delivery, and if this is the case we do need to be notified within 3 days of your purchase arriving so we can arrange a replacement product or a refund. Please call or email us directly via our Contact Us Page.
In Australia: For Australia Post posted items, please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging. This will avoid additional postal charges to you.
Q. Am I able to use registered products on Cheekyteez.com.au garments?
A. Unfortunately you will need to contact the owners of the registered/licensed/trademark to obtain written permission to use on Cheekyteez.com.au garments.
Q. Can you print Logos for Promotional Shirts?
A. Yes, we can print your promotional shirts. Please just send us an email via our Contact Us Page firstly letting us know the style of garment/s you require i.e. T-Shirts, Singlets, Shirts, Polos, Jackets etc. Then the volume, sizes and colours you require and finally the highest resolution image of your logo and any other words or instructions you require. We'll then send you back a mock-up design, price and estimated delivery time.
Q. I can't position my image in the right spot on my TShirt?
A. Once you have resized the image to the size you want on your selected tshirt or garment then you can use the guide rulers to position your image. The left (height) ruler will position your image up and down on your selected tshirt or garment. The top (width) ruler will move your image to the left and right on your selected tshirt or garment. To reposition just move your mouse pointer in the ruler guides on the left and top bars - the image will adjust automatically.
