Fast and cost effective delivery of your custom designed order is important to us. The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures:

As soon as you place your order we receive an email notification and we check for orders regularly during the day and night. Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 to 7 days depending on your location. We process orders 7 days a week and endeavour to ship the same or following day from when we receive your order.

Cost Effective Delivery!
For standard small purchases i.e.'one only' custom designed tshirt we charge a flat fee of just $4.95.
For larger orders our delivery charges are based on the amount, volume and weight as well as your delivery destination and preferred delivery method. We of course will always endeavour to keep this volume postal charge to a minimum and select the most cost effective method for delivery to our customers.
While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.
Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
