Ordering your Custom T-Shirt or Clothes
Cheekyteez.com.au allows you to create,design and 'preview' your own custom designed / personalised clothes online before purchasing. Once you have created and uploaded your design or personalised message / slogan via our design 'preview' editor and are happy with your clothing style and colour you can simply save your design. By saving your unique design and becoming a Cheekyteez member you will be able to access and purchase your personalised item directly at any time. All you need do is select the clothing sizes and quantities you require and follow the prompts through our secure shopping cart. Once your order is received we will review your design and offer any suggestions where possible to make your 'unique' purchase the best it possibly can be. Remember we have a custom tshirt - no minimum order policy here at Cheekyteez.com.au. So you can order just 'one' personalised shirt if you wish. However, for five or more garments please contact us directly for applicable volume clothing discounts.
Paying Online is Easy and Safe
You have several options on how you can pay for your purchase. These include
Credit Card:
We accept Visa Card and Master Card. We accept these details via our SECURE order page. It is important to note that we do not process your credit card payment in 'Real' time. Rather we actually review each individual custom design order before processing. We do this primarily to minimise credit card misuse. Secondly, although we don't mind custom made products being a little 'Cheeky' we cannot produce clothing that may be considered offensive or in breach of copyright. Rest assured your credit card details remain in a secure environment throughout this 'review' process.
Direct Deposit:
Where we offer direct deposit as a payment option we will email you our direct deposit details on confirmation of your purchase. We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made before shipping your order.
Delivery Direct to your Door
Delivery Costs
We deliver direct to your door and for standard small purchases i.e.one only custom designed tshirt we charge a flat fee of just $4.95.
For larger orders our delivery charges are based on the amount, volume and weight as well as your delivery destination and preferred delivery method. We of course will always endeavour to keep this volume postal charge to a minimum and select the most cost effective method for delivery to our customers.
Fast Delivery Time Frames
Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 7 days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order. If you need your custom design shirts urgently then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0894081888 and we can fast track your order as well as provide 'Express' delivery services. Of course additional postage charges may be needed if you require overnight delivery.
Security Measures

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the product we supply i.e. custom designed, personalised and unique clothes we can only provide returns in limited situations where there was a problem with the product at the time it was delivered to you. We provide customer care instructions i.e. wash instructions with your order and provided these instructions are followed there should not be a problem with the quality of your purchase. Of course we do understand that some problems can occur during delivery, and if so, we do need to be notified of this within 3 days of your purchase arriving so we can arrange a replacement product or a refund.
In Australia: For Australia Post posted items, please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging. This will avoid additional postal charges to you.
Product and Service Guarantees
If you have a problem with your purchase, then we want to know about it so we can rectify the situation. We are happy to replace your order or provide a full refund where the product did not arrive in new and working condition.
